The class begins day one promptly at 8:30 am at 1325 Remington Rd Suite E. Schaumburg IL 60173. Please arrive before 8:25 a.m. to start the check-in process. We will break for lunch for 45 minutes on day one. You can bring lunch or go out for lunch. On day 2, I recommend you bring a snack or lunch. We will be working through lunch.

CNC Academy has complimentary refreshments like Coffee, Water, and Soda.

What you need to Bring

Bring your FOID card if you have one, or your IL State DL or ID card if you don't have the FOID.

Notepad to take notes.

$25 Range fee Cash or Zelle

If you don’t own a Firearm, the equipment rental is $25 due the first day of class, including Firearm, Ammo, eye, and ear protection.

No firearms are needed for the first day, and please leave them at home or in your vehicle. Instructions for day 2 at the gun range will be given in class on day 1.

The range live-fire qualification takes place at Gat Guns. Gat Guns is located at 970 Dundee Ave, East Dundee, IL 60118, less than 20 minutes from the classroom. We will start day two at the gun range and finish the day in Schaumburg at the classroom.

Fingerprints are optional and can be done on location—$ 70 cash or $75 with another form of payment. Our vendor, Premier-Livescan LLC, does fingerprints.

Please show up to the class you booked. I have been having too many no-shows. No-shows will not be refunded or allowed to be rescheduled.
