Terms and conditions

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! However, credit may be applied towards a future class with proper seven-day notice and approval by CNC Academy.

No-show will forfeit the tuition paid. No rescheduling will be allowed.

Cancellations must be made by phone, text, or email: cncacademy@ilccl.com. Text or phone: 630-334-5157. All cancellations require at least seven days’ notice. Students who cancel will be given tuition credit to reschedule the class for another time. Cancellations requested with less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the class tuition. In an emergency beyond your control, contact CNC Academy. With proper cancellation notification, it may be possible to reschedule to a later date. When agreed with CNC Academy, a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged.

CNC Academy, LLC reserves the right to reschedule any class due to severe weather, insufficient minimum registration, or other reasons determined by CNC Academy. All classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If a class does not meet this minimum within two days before the course date, CNC Academy may cancel or reschedule the course. Students may reschedule to a future scheduled date. If a future class is unavailable, refunds may be given.
