Illinois Renewal Concealed Carry License Classes

The State of Illinois requires all Illinois Concealed Carry Licensees to renew every five years. To receive a new Renewal Training Certificate, which is required for the renewal application process, a 3-hour IL CCL Renewal class must be completed.

At CNC Academy, the IL CCL Renewal training ensures better concealed carry firearm handling, cleaning, and storage. Renew your skills in concealed carry firearm handling. The program covers all the applicable laws on handling firearms and the qualification requirements. You need to ensure you are up-to-date with all the stipulated policies.

The Illinois Concealed Carry License Qualification Shoot Requires 30 Rounds of Ammunition. You Must Shoot at a B-27 Silhouette Target:

  1. 10 rounds from a distance of 5 yards

  2. 10 rounds from a distance of 7 yards

  3. 10 rounds from a distance of 10 yards

TO PASS YOU MUST SHOOT WITH AT LEAST 70% ACCURACY.

IL Concealed Carry Renewal Training

Our concealed carry classes are designed to provide you with the best skills and tactics to handle your firearm. Led by dedicated instructors who are approved and experienced, our courses consist of 16 hours of training. Veterans and active military personnel are eligible for 8 hours of training, while renewal classes require 3 hours. Upon successful completion of these classes, you will be able to confidently obtain your permit. Our classes not only equip you with the necessary knowledge, but also instill in you the right attitude, confidence, and skills to effectively handle your concealed firearm. By acquiring these skills, you gain better control over your safety, ensuring peace of mind.

CNC Academy offers the best training for experienced or beginner gun owners. All our classes are conducted by a certified instructors approved by the Illinois State Police Department. Classes are scheduled weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to suit your timelines better. You can learn all the fundamentals of safe shooting in a secure environment. After 16 hours of intensive training, you can safely use the firearm to protect yourself and your family.
